PrepSSC provides subscription-based premium packages designed to assist aspirants in preparation for various SSC examinations (e.g., CGL, CHSL, MTS, CPO). The pricing plans include the SSC Aspirant Pass (1 Month), Inspector Pass (3 Months), Superintendent Pass (6 Months), and Gazetted Officer Pass (12 Months).

All payments are processed securely via the Razorpay payment gateway. By initiating a transaction, you authorize us to charge the specified subscription fee (including optional add-ons like the Typing Module priced at ₹20/month) to your selected payment method.

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, mock test questions, solutions, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

PrepSSC mock tests, solutions, speed typing calculators, and AI explanations are designed as educational tools for self-evaluation. While we strive to match actual Staff Selection Commission (SSC) guidelines, we make no guarantees regarding selection in government posts, matching exact question sets, or achieving specific scores in real exams.

In no event will PrepSSC or its founders be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your usage or inability to use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts located in Delhi/NCR jurisdiction, India.

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform.
