Once a subscription plan (e.g. SSC Aspirant Pass, Inspector Pass, Superintendent Pass, or Gazetted Officer Pass) is purchased, all digital tokens, study features, and server accesses are immediately and fully unlocked for the customer's account.

Consequently, we do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscriptions under any circumstances once a payment is successfully processed. We encourage all prospective subscribers to attempt our free demo mock tests and review the platform features prior to upgrading to premium.

In rare instances where a payment transaction fails at the checkout stage, but money is deducted from your banking source:

If a user accidentally clicks the payment checkout submit button twice and pays the subscription amount double due to a system lag, please reach out to us within 24 hours with proof of both transactions. Upon confirmation, we will initiate a direct refund for the second accidental charge back to your payment source.

You can cancel your plan renewal options by turning off manual/automatic subscriptions anytime. Upon cancellation, your premium benefits will remain active without any interruption until your current subscription expiration date (premiumExpiresAt / typingExpiresAt), after which the account privileges will automatically degrade back to the free tier. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations mid-billing cycle.
